NORTH BERGEN, NJ -  The first doubles team of Grace Tutelo and Angeliq Dirienzo swept all four sets to capture the first doubles championship in the third annual Hudson-Bergen Pre-Season Invitational Tournament at North Hudson County Park on Thursday.  Behind the effort of the two seniors, Hasbrouck Heights finished third overall in the five-team tournament.

The second doubles team of Victoria Todd and Julia Trexler went 3-1.  Sophomore Devon Sonzogni went 1-3 in the first singles competition. Priyal Patel, moving from doubles a season ago to second singles, went 2-2, while Emily Byrne was 0-4 in third singles.

Each school played one set against all four of the other schools in the tournament.  The invited teams in the tournament were Palidades Park, Memorial, Union City and Ridgefield.
