HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ - The Hasbrouck Heights Soccer Association's U9 boys travel team finished their season with an undefeated  record 9-0-1 in their division of the Northern Counties Soccer Association, and in the process continued the team's unbeaten streak.

"This is the second season in a row that they have not lost a game, extending their unbeaten streak to over 20 games," said manger Neil Peterson. "They continue to improve week by week and while the competition will be much tougher next season, we know they will be up for the challenge."

Throughout the season, the team traveled to games in Bergen, Essex, and Passaic counties, as well in New York state. The Hasbrouck Heights U9 team played against teams from Nutley, Sportfriends (Wayne, NJ), Mahwah, Dumont, Dragons (Washington Township), Ramapo Valley, West Essex (Essex Fells), Vikings (Haworth), and North Rockland.

"This is a really special group of boys who I am proud to be associated with," said Peterson. "The camaraderie they have among each other is fantastic to see. It's hard to get them to leave the field after a game or practice as they just want to continue playing together."
