HAWTHORNE, NJ - Locals came out to support the Hawthorne Farmers Market, hosted by the Chamber of Commerce, Sunday. The Farmers Market brought out residents looking for fresh fruits, vegetables, and crafts as well. The weather was warm in the low 80s and the market was well attended with customers wearing masks for the protection of themselves as well as others.
The Farmers Market has been a feature of summer life in Hawthorne for several years, occupying the parking lot of the Louis Bay 2nd Library. From 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., residents can shop among area farmers, artisans, and more.
