PROSPECT PARK, NJ - The participants in the 2020 Borough-Wide Garage Sale have been announced and put online by the Borough of Prospect Park.  The event will be held all-day on Saturday, July 18, with a rain date of July 25.

"After initially postponing it last month, Prospect Park awaited reopening guidelines from the State of New Jersey on yard sales," Mayor Mohamed Khairullah said.  "We feel this is a practical way to approach a new normal for our local government to move forward. Every year, our Borough-Wide Garage Sale attracts many residents and neighbors in and out of town to find treasure while also benefiting the local economy by generating revenue for participating locations. All locations have been pre-screened and have agreed to follow social distancing, sanitizing, and PPE guidelines to ensure a safe environment to conduct their respective sale."

"Visit the list of addresses for the best deals on a variety of products ranging from clothing, furniture, household appliances, electronics, jewelry, etc.," a statement from the borough said.
