Sponsored by Home Helpers, Caregivers United is a group run by a caregiver for other caregivers.  Everyone will become a caregiver at one point in his or her life.  It is a rewarding journey, a stressful journey, and at times an overwhelming journey.  When the time comes, we are often unprepared and need help but don’t know what to do, who to call, or what steps to take.  Caregivers United will provide you with the help you need along your caregiving journey.  Each month, we will feature a different professional who will answer any questions you may have about important caregiving topics.  Whether you are just starting your journey or are in the middle of a long road, Home Helpers and their panel of experts are here to help you!  This month’s topic will be “Stress Relief for the Caregiver.”

Our special guest is Nitya Martino, a Certified Yoga Therapist & Artist. She is a Stress and Anxiety Solutions expert who specializes in creating pathways to a Holistic Lifestyle through custom tailored programs for your optimal health and wellness.  For more info visit artandsoul108.com

Registration is encouraged, either online, in-person, or by phone at 973-427-5745.
