Son Charged with Murder of Ann Kaplan in Halstead Terrace Home

FAIR LAWN, NJ – Eric D. Kaplan has been charged with the murder of Ann Kaplan, according to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office.

According to police, Kaplan, 31, who is single and unemployed, assaulted Ann with a knife on Sunday, July 8, in an incident reported to the Bergen County Prosecutor as a “domestic violence assault.”
