HAWTHORNE, NJ - According to the Hawthorne Police Department, on Saturday, June 22, the staff of the Wagaraw Road concession stand came in and found the stand had been broken into.  A security camera recorded what appeared to be a man and a woman damaging the pull-down window of the snack stand.  From there, they were able to break in and steal the register's cash.

The footage showed that the two individuals' faces were obscured, having been covered over by their clothes and preventing a positive identification.

"There have been approximately twenty-eight other burglaries to concession stands in northern New Jersey in the past few weeks, with these people having a similar build to the other suspects," the Hawthorne Police Department said.
