PATERSON, NJ - Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Chief Troy Oswald have appealed to the public in a statement for assistance in finding Qualil Moore, also known as "Kupz", a man charged with relation to a shooting incident near Park Avenue and East 22nd in Paterson on June 22, 2018.

"Mr. Moore is a 25 year old male from Paterson.  He is approximately 5'10", 160 pounds, with a tattoo over his right eye," said Chief Assistant Prosecutor Seth Galkin.  Prosecutor Valdes and Police Chief Oswald have asked the public to take note of the photo of Moore as authorities try to ascertain his location.  Moore's charge relates to a victim who was shot while sitting at the wheel of a parked vehicle.

The Passaic County Prosecutor's office advises the public not to approach Moore should he be seen, but contact Detective Ricardo Ferreira at 862-881-2122.
