PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that due to the public health emergency in the State of New Jersey, as declared in Executive Order 103, the Borough will be altering its normal meeting procedures for its regularly scheduled Mayor and Council meeting on Monday, April 20, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. and will conduct its public meeting by and through the means of electronic communications equipment as permitted by the provisions of the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-8(b).  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in an effort to follow best practices recommended by the United States Center for Disease Control, Borough Hall is closed to the general public and the public meeting will not be “in-person” and will be conducted electronically, solely by virtual means.  Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting telephonically. The Borough is utilizing this format in an effort to mitigate the chance of exposure to COVID-19, as a part of the Borough’s ongoing effort to slow the rate of transmission and avoid overwhelming our treatment centers.
