HAWTHORNE, NJ - Residents who park on Parmelee Avenue should expect some street improvement work next week.  The borough of Hawthorne announced Friday that work will begin on the curbs, driveway aprons, and sidewalks of Parmelee Avenue beginning on Monday, August 17.  The section affected will be between Vreeland Avenue and Warburton Avenue.

The borough advised that "No Parking Signs" will be posted in the vicinity.
