HILLSBOROUGH, NJ - Thursday is Wristband Night at the ninth annual Hillsborough Rotary Fair, which continues through Sunday, Aug. 21.

The purchase of a $30 wristband entitles the wearer to unlimited rides all night, from 6 to 10 p.m.

The fair will will feature a 20-minute fireworks show on Friday night, Aug. 19.

The weatherman continues to cooperate, with clear skies and temperatures in the 70s expected by the time the sun sets.

The fair is held at the township field adjacent to the Lowes Hillsborough Promenade, 315 Route 206.

The carnival attracts approximately 15,000 people each year, and is one of the township’s largest and most popular annual community events. Fair proceeds go directly to support a variety of Hillsborough community organizations and projects.  

The Rotary Fair features 21 amusement rides by Majestic Midway Amusements, games by Paladin Amusements, a DJ, a wide selection of food, various displays by area vendors and a petting zoo.

Featured rides include the Himalayan, Bumper Cars, Ring of Fire, Super Shot, Sizzler, Zipper, Carousel, Kite Flyer and many more.
