Doris Levine Honored by Hillsborough Schools, Township Committee

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ - Doris Levine, an instructional assistant at Hillsborough Middle School, has been named Hillsborough Middle School’s Educational Services Professional of the Year for 2018.  

Levine has been a member of the Hillsborough School District faculty since 2004. She provides individualized, extraordinary support for students with special needs. She served as the first transcription specialist, captioning classes for students with severe hearing impairments and currently, creates prevocational materials to support the Moderate Learning/Language Disabilities and Autism classes with the Work Readiness Program. 

The Township Committee honored Levine with a proclamation at a recent meeting. a portion of which reads, "We thank her for all her work and dedication to the youth of Hillsborough."
