SOMERVLLE, NJ – A Bridgewater woman has been arrested and faces charges for drug dealing after police found $46,000 in heroin and methamphetamine in her residence.
Gladys Gulle, 29, of Sycamore Avenue, Bridgewater has been charged with 1st degree, possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute and 2nd degree, possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, according to Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson.
Robertson provided the following account:
Detectives from the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office Organized Crime and Narcotics Task Force obtained a search warrant for the suspect's residence after an investigation into the distribution of drugs.
Detectives executed the search warrant on Friday, Feb. 24 and were assisted by the Bound Brook police K-9 unit. The search resulted in the seizure of approximately 5 ounces of methamphetamine and approximately 46 grams of heroin. Gulle was present during the execution of the warrant and was arrested without incident.
The seized methamphetamine has an estimated street value of $26,000 and the heroin has a street value of $20,000, according to Robertson.
She is being held in the Somerset County Jail pending a detention hearing.
