Veronica “Ronnie” Margiotta, 78, of Jackson Twp., NJ passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick, NJ.

She was born in Jersey City, NJ to the late, Stanley and Mary Zubrowski. Veronica lived in Hillsborough, NJ, prior to settling in Jackson Twp., 20 years ago.

She was Vice President of Data Exchange in Hillsborough for 40 years.

After her retirement in 2003, Ronnie spent her time with friends, playing Scrabble, Mah Jongg, Poker, Pay Me and Canasta. She loved sitting in her screened in porch, going to Atlantic City, and spoiling her grandchildren.

Ronnie is survived by her devoted husband of 56 years, Joseph Margiotta of Jackson Township, NJ; her children, Joseph Margiotta of Hillsborough, NJ, and Karen Fischer and her fiance, Kevin McHugh of Berkeley Heights, NJ; her grandchildren, Brittaney, Ashley, Jessica, Megan and Daniel; her great granddaughter, Sienna; and by her brother, Joseph Zubrowski of Brick, NJ.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation from 2:00 to 6:00 PM on Sunday, February 9, 2020, at The GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ. Her Funeral Liturgy will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, February 10, 2020 at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, 935 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ. Please gather at the church at 10:15 AM. Cremation will be private.
