Somerville: Arts on Division Hosts "7 Voices" Exhibit

SOMERVILLE, NJ –Arts on Division will present “7 Voices – An Invitational Exhibition” from Thursday May, 17 through Sunday, June 10, 2018, featuring the works of seven local artists at Gallery on Division, 15B Division Street.

Invited artists include Greta Anderson, Judith A. Lieberman, Lisa Madson, Maria Mineo, Liz Mitchell, Leokadia Stanik, and Colleen Tyler

Gallery hours are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 4-10 p.m. and Sundays from 1-5 p.m.

Visitors are invited to “Meet the Artists” from Thursday, May 24 to Sunday, May 27, 2018. “Artists Talks” will be featured during the “Meet the Artist” sessions.

Arts On Division is dedicated to building community in Somerville and the region through the arts and arts education by promoting the advancement, development, and support of the visual, musical, physical, and literary arts.

Gallery on Division will offer a "Gallery Shop" with a variety of unique items by local artisans. Movies, art demonstrations and workshops are some of the future events planned for the Gallery.

Somerville Honors' Student Speaks at RVCC Graduation; 1,300 Receive Degrees

BRANCHBURG, NJ - Raritan Valley Community College awarded associate degrees and certificates to more than 1,300 graduates at its commencement, Saturday, May 12, including Somerville resident Barbara Kania, an Honors College student who introduced commencement speaker Judge Paul W. Armstrong.
