HILLSBOROUGH, NJ - The 2019 Hillsborough High School Varsity Gymnastics Team had a perfect season achieving a 10-0 record in dual meets and first place in the Somerset County Championship.

They were the Skyland Conference champions and the Central II Sectional champions and placed 5th at the State championship.

“The Township Committee commends the Hillsborough High School Varsity Gymnastics Team, the coaches and parents, not only for their successful season but for their hard work, dedication and commitment to the sport and to those principles of good sportsmanship, teamwork and academic achievement which the organization endorses,” said Mayor Frank DelCore.

The 2019 Hillsborough High School Varsity Gymnastics Team was led by head coach Sarah Pallay, assistant coach Brittney Marcsisin and volunteer coach Beth Murrin. Team members include Jordyn Bell, Katina Coyle, Isha Gupta, Nikki Jessup, Meghan Kurz, Kayla Kwinta, Michelle Lopez-Martinez, Haley Mandell, Aastha Patel, Shaina Patel, Samantha Ringel, Sabina Shah, Jiya Sharma, Kathryn Wehner, and Tara Vrabel.
