HOLMDEL, NJ - An affordable housing project will not be heard at the Holmdel Planning Board planning meeting on Tuesday December 1st as the meeting has been canceled in an update from the Board on Monday.

The project, called Barclay Square at Holmdel, seeks completeness waivers as well as preliminary and final major site plan approval - all in the same meeting.

Located on nearly 7 acres on Palmer Avenue, it's a proposal to construct a 60-unit multi-family apartment building and site improvements; 6.74 acres in the Affordable Housing Multifamily Zone (AH-MF); 48 of the units proposed as market rate; 12 units are affordable units.

At least eight planning board meetings have now been canceled during 2020.
