HOLMDEL (June 10, 2017) – With prom night behind them, the members of the Holmdel High School Class of 2017 have turned their attention to final exams and the walk across the stage they will take during the school’s 44th annual commencement ceremonies on June 22nd. 
But before all of that begins, more than 75 members of the class will take part in the school’s annual senior awards night Tuesday, June 13 – a true celebration of excellence in academics, the arts, and athletics, as well as student leadership. In addition to naming students for departmental honors, the recipients of various honorary and memorial scholarships and other awards will be announced during the evening’s celebration. And as is tradition, the ceremony will close with Principal William Loughran’s announcement of the class Valedictorian and Salutatorian, the seniors with the highest academic ranking in the graduating class.
