Anoop Ahluwalia, the Dean of STEM Institute, said “Brookdale will be offering this program starting Fall 21. Big Data has become an essential tool and data-driven businesses are dominating the economy. Data scientists help companies break down big data into usable information and help them make the best decisions for their operations. Our students in Data Science Option will put their programming and data analyzing skills to test through a new course in statistics, Math 132. I believe Data Science students will be learning highly sought-after and very applicable skills. I look forward to the growth of this new program option!”
