COLTS NECK, N.J. - It was a special day in more ways than one in Colts Neck. Special in that they were welcoming Dane Richards as new Special Law Enforcement Officer (SLEO Class II). His appointment will assist the Colts Neck Police Department from a manpower perspective to enhance services to the public.
