Sportscasting Camps


Get Ready Students - Sport Broadcasting Camps at Holmdel High School Now in their Second Year!

The Central Jersey Sportscasting Camps will return to Holmdel H.S. for the second consecutive summer. Thanks to the success of last year's inaugural camp, another week of instruction has been added. The camps are being run by Mr. Bryan DeNovellis and Mr. Kurt Sieglin, morning News Anchor at News 12 New Jersey. Week 1 (July 17-21) Sportscasting Camp. Students will learn how to anchor a 2-minute sportscast. Week 2(July 24-28) Sports Reporting Camp. Students will learn how to produce, write and edit a sports story. The camps are open to boys and girls ages 14-19
