FREEHOLD, N.J. - The Monmouth County Republican Organization held their most popular event of the year, the 55th Annual Lincoln Day Dinner. Held every year in February, it is a confab of republican leaders and supporters throughout Monmouth County. This year was no different at the South Gate Manor in Freehold.
Monmouth County Sheriff Shaun Golden also serves as the Chairman of the Monmouth County Republican Party. In his opening letter he thanked the attendees. "It is an honor and a privilege to serve as your Chairman, together with my team of Co-Chair Christine Hanlon and Vice-Chairs Rob Nicastro, Tony Fiore, John Cantalupo and Sue Cohen. With your continued help and support, we will keep Monmouth County a great place to live, work and play."
During the event, speakers included Congressman Chris Smith, Freeholder Director Tom Arnone, Freeholder Lillian Burry, Chairman Golden and others. Freeholder Burry presented a proclamation to Kim Guadagno. Guests enjoyed dinner and entertainment.
