JERSEY CITY, NJ - The JCPOBA set up a GoFundMe page to accommodate all of the generous offers of support received in the hours after the Dec. 10 shootings that resulted in the death of Jersey City Detective Joseph Seals. Carmine Disbrow (JCPOBA Pres.) organized this fundraiser.
