In response to the current public health emergency associated with the COVID-19 virus, the Holmdel Board of Education will continue to use remote technologies as part of its next public meeting on Wednesday March 25 at 7 pm.
The meeting will be open to the public, but to comply with the Governor’s Order and to ensure the safety of district employees and local residents, we would ask that the members of the public who wish to ask any questions to please do so by sending an email to the Board President Vicky Flynn at email@example.com. Those questions will be presented at the Board meeting. Members of the public can also participate via zoom by joining the meeting remotely.
“The public meeting concept is vital to the proper functioning of the democratic process and the Board would like to protect the public's right to participate at that meeting while also abiding by the public health and safety orders issued by the State,” said Ms. Flynn.
By using Zoom, we are providing the public an opportunity to participate in this public health emergency to ensure the proper functioning of the democratic process."
