COLTS NECK, NJ: It was a busy Saturday afternoon on January 4th, in Colts Neck, where a large part of the community enjoyed their government reorganizing for the New Year, 2020. The afternoon began with a welcome message by 2019 Mayor Tom Orgo. The invocation was given by Rev. Scott D Brown and a special tribute of thanks was presented to Committeeman Russell Macnow, for his many years of service.

Sheriff Shaun Golden administered the oath of office for Committeeman Frank Rizzuto to serve as the Mayor of Colts Neck for 2020. Rizzuto's career has been dedicated to public service as a law enforcement officer. Rizzuto commented, "I am honored to serve the role of Mayor for a town I care so deeply about. It's a pleasure to serve with the governing body and I look forward to a great 2020 in Colts Neck."

Freeholder Director Tom Arnone administered the oath of office for Committeeman Michael Viola to serve as Deputy Mayor. Viola commented, "I am honored to serve as Deputy Mayor for the town I love. 2020 will be an outstanding year for Colts Neck and Monmouth County!"

The election of 2019 brought a new Committeewoman, no stranger to public service, former Colts Neck Business Association President, community leader; Sue Fitzpatrick. Fitzpatrick's large family made a strong presence of support for her at the event. Fitzpatrick commented, "I am so thankful to have the opportunity to give back to the community that I have called home for 34 years."
