Membership information for the Holmdel Swim Club and the particulars about the upcoming Holmdel Summer Day Camp can also be found inside, as can details about registering for the Holmdel Hurricanes Swim Team, which is preparing to defend its 2018 Monmouth County Swim Conference Championship. Best of luck this season to all of our coaches and swimmers!
We are happy to announce that we have a redesigned municipal website to look forward to later this spring; an effort that aims to place a more visually-appealing and user-friendly information center at your fingertips. The new website will include a more detailed community calendar featuring the following events, and much more!

Save the Dates for These Great Community Events
June 14-15 – 4th Annual Father/Daughter Campout: This annual event is one we can’t wait for, and is sure to be a hit. Registration is now open and we look forward to seeing you at 4 p.m. on the 14th for all the fun. More details are coming soon. Stay tuned!
July 2 – Senior 4th of July BBQ: The Recreation Department will host its annual Senior 4th of July BBQ at the Senior/Community Center on July 2nd beginning at noon. Food, beverages, and dessert and holiday fun will be provided.
August 6 – National Night Out: Be sure to join the Police Department for a National Night Out at Town Hall. Beginning at 7 p.m. our officers will host the community for an evening of games, food, police K-9 demos and much more.
We are also happy to introduce another huge communications enhancement in Holmdel’s simple to use Holmdel Connect Mobile Application. We are asking all residents to download this free app to their smart phone, tablet or another mobile device and begin reporting issues around town, including pot holes, downed trees, broken signs and everything in between. Please help us spread the word by inviting your friends, family and neighbors to download the app as well.
Another useful tool we are asking residents to use is the Recycle Coach Application. By downloading the app to your mobile device, residents will have a personalized calendar for recycling, garbage, and brush and leaf collections in the palm of their hands. You will also be notified about special collection events hosted by the Township and County, and will have access to a database of items (televisions, plastic bags, Styrofoam, etc.) and receive tips about how to safely and responsibly dispose of the item at nearby drop off locations.
In addition to the Holmdel Connect app, the Township has launched its CodeRED Community Notification system, and we are urging all residents to register immediately on the municipal website. This reliable messaging platform allows community members to customize which notifications they receive from the Township and governing body, while never missing an emergency message or severe weather warning.
Through better communication and increased community involvement, collectively we will be able to achieve our goal of a more united Holmdel. We are on our way...please join us this spring at one or more of our incredible community event.
