MIDDLETOWN, NJ - An accident on  Garden State Pkwy express lanes at Northbound mile marker 112.9 has been reported as of about 5pm.

Police reporting that the vehicle up on the guardrail, engine is in the right shoulder. Heavy entrapment is involved according to unverified reports.

Sandy Hook Bay Drowning Claims Life of Scott Sabisch of Glenwood

MIDDLETOWN - Tragedy struck in the surf this past Saturday.

Initially, a call went out for a water rescue in the Sandy Hook Bay. The report was of a man overboard and the Brevent Park rescue boat sprang into action. Trauma Helicopter Sent to Middletown Wreck, 30 Year Old Woman Injured

MIDDLETOWN, NJ: Yesterday afternoon at approximately 2:16 p.m. a three-car crash occurred at the intersection of State Route 35 and Crestview Drive in Middletown, said police. A woman, 30 years of age, was seriously injured, requiring a medical evacuation helicopter. According to reports, she was transported to Jersey Shore Trauma Center with unknown injuries.

Pedestrian Struck and Killed by Car on Route 35 in Middletown is Identified.

MIDDLETOWN, NJ - According to the Middletown Police Department, the pedestrian killed as the result of being struck by a car, at the intersection of Route 35 and Navesink River Road Tuesday evening, has been identified as William McAvoy, 62.

McAvoy, a Middletown resident, died after being struck by a vehicle in the northbound lanes of Route 35, according to Middletown PD.

Four Vehicle Crash in Holmdel on Route 35, Two Hospitalized.

HOLMDEL, NJ - Holmdel Police Department and First Aid responded to an automobile crash on April 7th at approximately 10:00 a.m. Two individuals remain hospitalized following the crash involving four vehicles on Route 35 and Laurel Avenue. 

Reports indicate that a vehicle traveling north on Route 35, went through a red light and struck a vehicle traveling on Laurel Avenue.
