JERSEY CITY, NJ - A lifelong Jersey City resident and Rutgers University graduate, Jill Jones is an activist and Founder of White Can't Exist without Black Project.

The initiative was established to challenge society to view people in a different way, and to bring about unity among all races.

She has been inspired by the peaceful protests generated through the Black Lives Matter movement that resulted in her issuing a statement that gave birth to a movement based on her own experiences as a bi-racial woman.
