NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ - The Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University is reaching out to communities near New Jersey's shipping ports to conduct a voluntary and confidential online survey to collect their opinions on and determine their knowledge of the port industry.
The survey considers the impact of major port facilities in Elizabeth, Newark, Jersey City, and Bayonne.
The results will help planners and analysts understand how to improve the ports and improve the quality of life for those who live near them.
Individuals who complete the survey will have the opportunity to be entered into a drawing to win one of three iPads.
