SOUTH SALEM, N.Y. – The Lewisboro Library is one of 18 public libraries in the 40th New York State Senate District that will receive a $13,889 grant, Sen. Peter Harckham announced last week.

“The libraries in my district receiving New York State Senate aid will put the money to great use for important projects such as advanced technology for the hearing and visually impaired,” Harckham said in a press release. “We worked hard to bring this funding into our communities and we’re pleased that we could deliver for our wonderful libraries as well as for our constituents.”
