GOLDENS BRIDGE, N.Y. – The annual Community Day event organized by the Goldens Bridge Fire Department featured a lineup of demonstrations, fun crafts, and interactive activities.

At the event, held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, at the firehouse on Route 138, firefighters showcased a dramatic ladder rescue from a second-story window and lifted a vehicle off a pinned victim.

Drowsy Driver Crashes in Katonah; Shuts Down I-684 for 15 Hours

KATONAH, N.Y. – A stretch of I-684 in Katonah closed for more than 15 hours Sunday after a pickup truck crashed into and severely damaged an exit sign structure near Route 35.

BEDFORD, N.Y. – A 57-year-old Lewisboro woman was arrested Thursday, Oct. 4, for her alleged involvement in a road rage incident on I-684.
