CRANFORD, NJ — An ambulance went off the road and into the woods after a crash on the northbound lanes of the Garden State Parkway Friday morning around 10:55 a.m.,   According to Clark's Chief of Police Pedro Matos, the accident was in Cranford.  Matos indicated that there were no serious injuries known at the time of reporting.  

The northbound side of the GSP experienced heavy delays due to emergency personnel working on the roadway.

Emergency personnel from Clark and Cranford and  were on the scene.
