Brearley Football Defeats North Arlington in First Round of States

KENILWORTH, NJ – Top-seeded Brearley football defeated the eighth-seeded North Arlington, 35-6, in the NJSIAA Tournament, First Round, North Jersey, Section 2, Group 1, Friday night in Kenilworth.

The Bears rushed for 401 yards on the night. Quarterback Sebastian Montesdeoca ran for 167 yards and scored three touchdowns, while Anthony Primavera had 28 carries for 177 yards and two touchdowns. Also contributing to the run-total, Khaleed Bonnet, Mike Ramos and Vin Rappa. Nick Arcieri converted all five extra-points.

The Bears are in action again, Friday Nov. 20, when they take on Belvidere at home.
