KENILWORTH, NJ – Another victory for the Brearley girls varsity soccer team! The Brearley Bears defeated the Hillside Comets 6-0 Tuesday, September 17. Four different goal scorers led the Brearley girls to the win. Scoring for Brearley was Micaela Etlinger one goal, Isabel Allocco two goals, Amber Fernandes two goals, and Catherine Goger one goal. Emma Bestider and Nicole Santos each had one assist. Brearley had fourteen shots on goal and Hillside had four.

Head coach Michelle Ventura was thrilled for the team. "The girls played their hearts out today. After a tough loss on Saturday it was critical that we kicked off our three-game week with a win. They did exactly what they needed to do. I’m proud of today’s performance and we are looking forward to our next two opponents this week."

The next game will be at home Thursday, September 19, at 6:00 p.m. when Brearley takes on Roselle Catholic High School.
