Carnival for People with Disabilities to be Held at Conant Park in Hillside

HILLSIDE, NJ - The annual summertime carnival for people with disabilities and their families will be held on Saturday, June 10, at Conant Park in the Township of Hillside.

The event is hosted by the Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders and the Union County Department of Parks and Recreation.

“This carnival gives people with disabilities and their families the opportunity to enjoy a day of fun in one of wonderful parks while partaking in some good food and entertainment,” said Union County Freeholder Chairman Bruce H. Bergen.

Running from 2 p.m. until 5p.m., the carnival will include games, music, crafts, and a magic show. Light refreshments and beverages will be served. 

Anyone planning to attend the carnival must register in advance with a $10 fee charged to each participant.
