CRANFORD - The Cranford Police Department, Cranford Police Athletic League, and Cranford High School Class of 2022 are holding a car wash fundraiser for students Nicholas Swandrak and Ray Schwartz on Sunday, September 16th from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Lincoln School, 132 Thomas Street, Cranford.

Swandrak is an upcoming freshman at Cranford High School and son of Detective Sergeant John Swandrak of the Cranford Police Department.  Nicholas was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia this summer. 

Schwartz is also an upcoming freshman at Cranford High School who was diagnosed with Glioblastoma and was recently sworn in as an “Honorary” Cranford Police Department Patrolman.  Ray was featured on one of the Police Department’s trading cards.

You may purchase a wash and support magnet for $15 or just a magnet for $5. In the case of inclement weather, the rain date is set for Sunday, September 23rd.
