KENILWORTH, NJ – The borough of Kenilworth has received a grant from the county to update the playground and provide new equipment for DiMario Park, councilwoman Kay Ceceri said in last week’s meeting.
“We’re sprucing it up and it’s going to be really nice,” Ceceri said. This will be really good for the town.”
The borough also asked that residents separate their brush, leaves and grass when leaving out recycling. The Department of Public Works said they received containers of mixed debris, which creates a higher cost to recycle.
The borough said recycling costs went up dramatically.
