KENILWORTH, NJ - Boy Scout Troop 83 recently planted flowers and shrubbery outside of Kenilworth's Borough Hall.
The troop ranges from sixth grade to eleventh grade.
"It's just part of giving back to the community and taking pride in our town," Troop leader John Gaspar said.
The Boy Scouts began the plantings last year, but enjoyed it so much that it became a part of their community service this year.
"We started with a small group, and we turned it into a project," Gaspar said.
