Kenilworth Fireworks Scheduled for July 2

KENILWORTH, NJ – The annual Kenilworth fireworks and Fourth of July festivities are scheduled for July 2.

At 5:30 p.m., a parade is leaving St. Theresa’s parking lot, heading down South 24th Street to Washington Avenue, and proceeding to Harding School, according to Pat Boyle of the Kenilworth Rec Center.

“At Harding, we have live music, a DJ, games, rides, face painting, food vendors and more,” Boyle said.

The rides and music will carry on until the fireworks begin at dusk, according to Darlene Candarella from the Kenilworth Borough.

The fireworks will be on the field at David Brearley High School. A rain date is scheduled for July 9.
