KENILWORTH, NJ – The Kenilworth Public Library recently presented an educational lesson about therapy horses.

Maureen Coultas, owner of Hope’s Promise Farm on Chester, NJ, visited the library with Noble, her miniature horse. Approximately 20 kids learned about Noble and were able to meet and pet the miniature horse.

“Children had an opportunity to learn about miniature horses, and how therapy horses help people with special needs,” Robin Koerner, Coordinator of Children’s Services at the library said.

The program was funded by Friends of the Kenilworth Public Library.
