Kenilworth's David Brearley Athletic Booster Club to Host Designer Pocketbook Bingo


KENILWORTH, NJ- The David Brearley High School Athletic Booster Club will host a designer pocketbook bingo on Saturday, April 22 at the Kenilworth VFW at 7:30 p.m.

The event will include three game boards per game, door prizes and refreshments. Additional boards will be available for purchase.

“This is our third annual pocketbook bingo,” Nadine Curtin, president of the booster club, said. “These events are well received by the community and who doesn’t like a good game of bingo?”

Tables for the event can be reserved with the purchase of 10 tickets. Advance tickets are $25 and can be purchased at Especially Yours Florist, at 13 N. 20th Street in Kenilworth. Alcohol is not permitted, though there will be a cash bar available.

“This is our 51st anniversary as a booster organization,” Curtin said. “We are very proud of the work we do for athletics. Proceeds support our student athletes at David Brearley High School, including senior scholarships."
