Kenilworth's Memorial Day Services Schedule

KENILWORTH, NJ – Kenilworth has a weekend full of special activities to honor veterans in celebration of Memorial Day on Monday, May 29.

The Kenilworth VFW will host a free breakfast on Saturday at 8 a.m. prior to the planting of flags at veteran’s graves in Graceland Memorial Park Cemetery in Kenilworth. Volunteers are welcome to join veterans from VFW Post 2230 and multiple scout troops.

On Sunday, May 28, St. Theresa’s Church will hold a 9 a.m. mass in honor of all veterans.

On Monday, May 29, the Kenilworth VFW will hold its annual ceremony honoring all veterans at 11 a.m. A free lunch will be held afterwards.

No registration is required for these events.

Rutgers Hikes Tuition, Student Fees for 2018-2019 Academic Year

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ - Rutgers University Board of Governors today approved a 2.3 percent hike in tuition and fees, as well as increases for dorm rooms and meals, for the 2018-2019 academic year.

The increase now brings the annual cost for undergraduate students to $14,975, which is $337 more than this past school year.
