I would like to clarify for our residents regarding voting in New Jersey. Unless you are legally disabled if you show up on Election Day to vote in person your vote will be considered provisional. Provisional ballots are paper ballots that are used at polling places on Election Day. These ballots are taken to the County Board of Election for verification. Provisional ballots will NOT be counted until November 11 at the earliest. All mail-in ballots are counted first. Vote by mail or dropbox today. The earlier the better.
