Prepare to Work in Real Estate Sales at Union County College

CRANFORD – Union County College will be offering a course to prepare individuals to take the New Jersey sales/licensing exam to become a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey.

This 75-hour course meets the Real Estate Commission requirements for the N.J. Sales Licensing Exam.  Topics include property interests, mortgages, deeds, title closing, liens, real estate law and ethics, agency relationships, and real estate calculations. The class will be offered on Mondays and Wednesdays from January 30 to April 26. It will be held from 6:30 to 9:30 pm at the College’s Scotch Plains campus. The cost of the course, with the textbook, is $495.
