KENILWORTH, NJ - Halloween is here and businesses along the Boulevard are opening their doors Thursday, October 31, from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. to all trick-or-treaters. Participating stores will have a poster in their window to welcome trick-or-treaters to come inside for candy and other delights.

The Borough of Kenilworth every year picks a new theme to celebrate Halloween and this year it is the 50’s. Depending on the weather trick-or-treaters are welcome inside Borough Hall or all members of staff will be outside.  There may even be a 57 Thunderbird parked out in front.

The event is rain or shine.
