When I first came to town my wife and I immediately fell in love with our Borough. I want to be a part of maintaining the small town feel that we all love. My goal is to help keep our tax burden one of the lowest in the county. I am a family man, I want to continue to keep Kenilworth a great place to live, work and raise a family.

Tell us about your career and how your work and life experience will be beneficial in your role as a Councilperson (if elected)

For many years I worked for a non profit helping individuals and families in our Union County community. I am now a Firefighter, helping people is my career, that is my passion. I also serve as secretary for my local FMBA. I truly care about people and as Councilman I can make a real difference in our Borough.

What are the issues that you think are most important in Kenilworth?

Issues that are the most important to me are to maintain and continue to improve all our public services. To keep our police, fire, & public works fully staffed and properly trained while keeping our costs low. I support a strong recreation department. Recreation centers provide a safe place for young people to gather, make new friends and build community. I am proud of the growth our recreation department has experienced over the past few years and I support expansion, helping to build a healthier, happier, and safer community.

What should people know about you that they might not know already?

I have been married for 20 years. I have two sons Joel and Eli who both attend Kenilworth public schools. I enjoyed being a soccer coach in the borough for many years. I love to golf and spend time with my wife and children. I am a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Elks.

Anything else you would you like to say?

I am a man who is trustworthy and honest. I am a hard worker who is always willing to help in any way that I can. I am focused on maintaining our strong sense of community. I am committed to Kenilworth and all the residents who live in our great town.
