KENILWORTH, NJ - Saturday, November 2, St. Theresa's will be hosting a fundraiser to support various activities throughout the year for the kids who attend the school. This is a family event which includes a food truck festival, vendor fair, music of The Benjamins, the magic of David Carsaro, a kids zone, an hourly 50/50 and a Super 50/50.
Participating food trucks include:The Bearded One BBQ, The Lab, Cat Like Reflexes, Pie Oh My, Sip & Swirl, Chick Fil A, and The Empanada Lady. There will be local vendors selling items like, AVON, Thirty-One, Steeped Tea, Tula XII, Dev's Sweet Bees Honey, and many different handmade items. The Kenilworth Fire and Police Department will also be partaking in the festivities by providing a Fire Truck, Police Vehicle, and equipment for kids to tour as part of the Kid Zone that also includes an inflatable obstacle course, four inflatable games, four carnival style games, and face painting. There will also be an hourly 50/50 and a Super 50/50 that has a potential prize amount of $10,000 if all tickets are sold.
"It is the first event like this St. Theresa's has held," event coordinator Todd Wilkinson stated. "I want to thank Danielle Frost who has worked to put together all the non-food vendors, the HSA Officers Mireille Antinozzi, Kristen Williams, and Alex Infante for helping coordinate all aspects of the event and with the school. Also Sister Louann, St. Theresa’s Principal, for supporting the event and making all resources of the school available to make the event as successful as possible."
The fundraiser starts at 11 a.m. and will go until 5 p.m. Tickets are five dollars in advance and ten dollars at the door. St. Theresa's is located at 540 Washington Avenue. For more information please contact Todd Wilkinson at email@example.com.
