KENILWORTH, NJ – Saturday, November 2, numerous residents from all over the county came out to St. Theresa’s all-day family fundraiser to support various activities throughout the year for the kids who attend the school. There was a food truck festival, vendor fair, music from The Benjamins, a performance from Karate World students and Grandmaster Jeff Dunn, the magic of David Carsaro, a kids zone, an hourly 50/50 and a Super 50/50. The Kenilworth Fire and Police Department also participated in the fundraiser by providing a fire truck, police vehicle, and equipment for kids to tour. In the Kid Zone there was an inflatable obstacle course, four inflatable games, four carnival style games, and face painting.
The event was sponsored by FonHome Realty and out of the 1,200 people who attended the fundraiser many of them participated in FonHome’s Candy Corn Contest for a chance to win a 55” Smart TV. “I’d like to congratulate Jose Scaffo for providing the closest guess without going over to the actual number of candy corns of 3,244” Todd Wilkinson event coordinator and FonHome Co-Founder said. “FonHome was proud to be the lead sponsor of such a great event that ultimately benefits the children of our community whom the St. Theresa School serves. It was not only a fun day for our vendors and participants, but a successful day as well.”
