KENILWORTH, NJ - Please see this message from the Borough Clerk Laura Reinertsen regarding phone calls to senior residents. Regarding coronavirus Reinertsen stated, “I'm happy to say everyone seems to be doing well and has family, friends, and or neighbors looking out for them. With the numbers going up, that may change. I hope the regular calls will catch the change in circumstances. We have a lot of generous and compassionate people offering to help out when needed. Kenilworth is a small town with a big heart.”
Calls from Borough Employees
See post below, if you would like to be added to the call list please call 908-276-9090 and leave your name and phone number. We'd be happy to include you!
Three Borough Employees, Tina, Anna & Kathleen will be reaching out by phone to connect with Kenilworth Seniors. The purpose of these calls is to see how they are doing and hopefully let them know they are not alone. Social distancing does not mean social disengagement.
These wonderful ladies are calling from their homes so do not be surprised that your caller ID does not identify the Borough. If you receive a call and do not wish to, just let them know and they will respect that. They are not selling anything, asking for your social security number, bank account information or mother's maiden name, they just want to know if you are okay.
To Anna, Kathleen and Tina, thank you!
To everyone, stay safe, be well, we will get through this together.
