KENILWORTH, NJ - At 8:00 P.M. June 12, 2019, the Town Council of the town of Kenilworth met at Borough Hall in the Meeting Room. The Ordinance 2019-07 was discussed but not passed.
2019-07 An Ordinance Of The Borough Of Kenilworth Amending The Existing Chapter 120 Land Use Part 2 “Subdivision And Site Plan Review”, Article 9 “Administrative Procedures”, Section C “Exemptions” And Part 3 “Zoning”, Article 23.3 “R-5a High Density One- And Two-Family Residential Zone District”, Section F Bulk And Lot Regulations Within The Borough Of Kenilworth, County Of Union, State Of New Jersey.
The purpose of this Ordinance is to amend Chapter 120 LAND USE ORDINANCE whereby the Borough Council seeks to amend the Site Plan review process and the minimum lot size of the R-5A High Density One- and Two-Family Residential Zone District within the Borough.
There was a motion but no second so it could go no further.
